On Wednesday, 4th March, we will be hosting a Creative Writing Workshop focused on writing lives—specifically tributes, memoirs, and (auto)biographies. The session will be facilitated by Dr. Joyce Nyairo and will take place at the Goethe-Institut Library from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

This workshop is designed for writers interested in exploring how personal and collective histories can be shaped into compelling narratives. Participants will engage with techniques for writing memory, honoring lives, and crafting autobiographical stories with clarity and depth.

Participation is by application. To be considered, interested writers are required to submit a 500-word sample biography to qwanisubmissions@gmail.com by 15th February. Applicants will be notified of the status of their submissions within one week of the deadline.
